Tomas and I have been traveling around the globe for almost three years now. As most of you know, Tomas has been facing a (seeming) health issue recently (see interview: Interviews on You Tube). I will re-print part of his letter below which was published in our newsletter early this year; it explains some of his (and my own) recent “process” in learning to understand and accept what Jesus is attempting to teach us re sickness, through A Course in Miracles. What we have learned so far, is astounding, encouraging and very exciting to say the least, and is being documented for our next book and further teachings as well.

This being so, we are happy to complete the task at hand – but sad that we have to cancel our upcoming workshops. We love connecting with you and feel so utterly grateful to you for your courage and desire to undo the one cause of all deprivation, separation and suffering; the ego thought system. As you heal, we heal. So thank you.
We hope to keep up communication with you and look forward to seeing you when the Holy Spirit directs the time and place. Until then, may you “know” that you are Love – with no opposite.

It's Time to Come Clean

Hi everyone, well as the title suggests, it's time to come clean. About 18 months ago, I noticed that I had developed a lump in my neck. I was feeling fit and fine so I neglected it. Several months later I found a matching lump on the other side of my neck. Still I paid it no thought. Then 6 months ago, feeling fit and healthy, I decided to have them checked out. I had a preliminary biopsy done and the news wasn't 'good'. They wanted to book me in for a barrage of more tests and take biopsies throughout my body! Well, that was it, I ran!
I ran into reading about alternative diets, trying to 'fix' myself with vitamins etc. I refocused my reading of A Course in Miracles in relation to sickness and I cancelled all our workshops for Spring of 2010 to focus on healing... or dying (as my ego secretly entertained). Interestingly, from looking fantastically healthy before I went to see the doctor, I lost a lot of weight very rapidly once I heard the 'news', became engulfed in fear and ran around trying to save my life.
The good news is, that as of November 2009, I stopped running. I stopped trying to save my life; instead I recommitted myself to a whole new level of trust in the Source, God, our Creator to heal my mind. Nouk, Rikki and close family and friends have joined minds with me in re-dedicating ourselves to our Unified Self. The result has been an almost total decline in fear and a corresponding increase in peace and understanding of the nature and Will of God.
So many insights have come forth and Nouk and I are busily recording these for the new book (now we know why it's taken so long to be written). A major step in the healing of fear was to meet Michele O'Donnell, who, with God's Love was healed of a so called 'fatal disease' by undoing the cause which was in the mind and not in the body. In the past two months of mostly solitude (Jan, Feb 2010), I have asked for guidance on what to do and it is unsurprisingly to continue living. I was told that 'saving my life is none of my business'. 'It's not my life anyway, I just mistakenly thought it was!' It is God's Life and I am but an expression of it (if I can get outta the way long enough that is!). So I am in the process of surrendering my life to God, handing over my attachments and fears and in return living more joyfully and expectantly than ever before.

Praying for the Sick - A Tip from Tomas
How can we help anyone who is seemingly ill? How do we pray for them? Pray to the Holy Spirit for forgiveness for our mistaken belief in sickness, suffering and death. We cannot ask for healing from something that is an illusion but that we still believe is real. And sickness (or suffering and death) is something that we've given more power (reality) to than that of the Holy Spirit. And so this is what I am learning. I want your prayers for me, but please let the prayers be to ask the Holy Spirit to heal your perception of illness, suffering and death. As you heal your perception, myself and all humanity are healed. Thank you. As The Course says, we never heal alone.
